This site is rather unique in the modern web. It is static HTML, using a responsive theme.
There's no CMS like Wordpress or Drupal running this site.
It's hosted on Keybase.
So how in the world am I doing this?
Well firstly, I'm using a tool called Publii to build the site. It's an Electron app which basically acts like your CMS. Once you've made changes to your site, you "publish" the static HTML files. In this case, I'm publishing them to a folder in a KBFS volume.
Once the files are dropped to the volume, Keybase encrypts them and uploads them. Once this is done, the new site is live.
That's the basic rundown of how it works.
